The Eva Bag – Shipping Policy

At The Eva Bag, we aim to process and deliver your order as efficiently as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards for all products.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders are only processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will depend on your location and the courier service used.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can follow your parcel in real time.

3. Out of Stock Items & Pre-Orders

  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, it may still be available as a pre-order.
  • Pre-ordered items have a production and fulfilment lead time of 10–14 business days.
  • Once your pre-order is ready, it will be dispatched immediately and you will receive tracking details.
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
  • Any applicable courier promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the website when active.

5. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier backlogs, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • The Eva Bag is not responsible for delays once parcels have been handed over to the courier, but we will always assist where possible.

6. Incorrect Delivery Details

  • Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
  • The Eva Bag cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
